Eric Hudgens, Founder/Director of Personal Best Athletics, is an enthusiastic, experienced, and knowledgeable Personal Trainer that works with youth in the Tulsa community.  He focuses on progress in confidence and physical ability by empowering youth through physical training.

"When I was growing up, we practiced games and “played” sports...today kids train to compete in sports.  This process of training has a strong impact on the trainee, as a personal trainer I hope to make this impact a positive and healthy one that they look forward to with excitement and look back on with gratitude!- Coach Hudgens

"I'm very grateful for the Personal Training experiences I've had over the last few years, working with teams, and individuals from a variety of sports and abilities.  The typical focus is on training specific physical components that are the greatest demand in a particular sport, and I gear it toward the individual’s goals and abilities.  More than seeing their progression and success I most enjoy speaking words of encouragement and motivation into important young lives.  Whether your a team that could use the bonding experience of training together or your an individual that you know has greatness inside of you and need help in pulling it out, I would be interested in discussing how I can help you reach your personal best." - Coach Hudgens
