FALL RUNNING CLUB: August-November, geared toward distance running, participation in Road Races and Cross Country Meets (1mile-15k).
OFF-SEASON TRAINING: August-December, geared toward Track & Field student-athletes (developing strength, conditioning, athleticism, and injury prevention.)
INDOOR TRACK CLUB: November-March, training indoors, geared toward Track & Field Events, participation at indoor track meets throughout the winter.
SPRING TRACK CLUB: March-May, geared toward Track & Field Events, participation in local track meets.
SUMMER TRACK CLUB: May-August, USATF Junior Olympic Series, Tulsa Runner Summer Track Series, USATF Youth Nationals, and USATF Junior Nationals.
