PBA provides training opportunities in preparation for those track teams and also provides a short spring track season for those that don’t have a track team at their school or are home-schooled. As for those that are not yet in Middle School this is a great opportunity to be introduced to running and running mechanics. Also, during this time is Spring Training for other sports such as Football, Softball, Soccer, etc. So, PBA provides training opportunities to work on running mechanics and developing speed.

  1. My daughter’s a Sr in high school and she High Jumps on the track team. I’m looking for a High Jump coach for her. Or a camp she could attend. She’s made it to the state meet her Soph and Jr years and she can clear 5′. She’s never been shown how to jump or any kind of technique on how to jump. She’s 6′ and weighs about 120lbs.

    • Lynette, give me a call at your convenience, if possible we would look forward to working with your daughter.
      Blessings,
      Coach Hudgens
