Coach Tyler Sergent
Tyler Sergent has been a coach for close to half a decade working with athletes at all levels of track and field. Coach Sergent has worked at the middle school, high school and collegiate levels. His specialty is the all the throwing events (shot put, discus, hammer, javelin). He is always eager to learn new things and have new experiences. For coach Sergent its always about the development process. He has firm beliefs that if each athlete engages the development process, they will improve, which will lead to prs and/ or medals.
