PBA Fall Running Club

Thank you for your interest in becoming a part of the PBA Fall Running Club community.  PBA is a supportive environment for youth, encouraging self-confidence through athletics.  Training is an opportunity to develop physical, mental, social, and spiritual growth. 

 

Fall Running Club is Coached by USATF Registered Coaches with back ground checks.  Coaches are well educated and experienced people that have a passion in being a positive impact on important young lives. 

 

We teach FUN-damentals and CORE-dination in developing efficient running mechanics.  Through encouraging healthy nutrition and weekly training sessions youth gain overall fitness development preparing for 1mile to 5k running and overall healthier lives.
